Kleinbard LLC’s Julie C. Berson was recently appointed to Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation’s Loan Committee. The Loan Committee reviews and approves PIDC’s loans to local businesses, developers and non-profits.

Julie is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group. Julie’s practice includes leasing, ground leasing, condominiums, and property acquisitions.?
